Team Development & Exploring Innovative Product Ranges

It’s been an interesting month, with a particular focus on our team development: a new people advisor, promoting team success stories and the latest set of prize-winners!

Saying A Temporary Goodbye To Rebecca!

Rebecca will be going on maternity leave on the 31/10/2023 and we hope all goes well for her! Rebecca is responsible for accounts administration, debt management and also supports the Client Care team when required – while she is away our new Finance Controller Jodie will be covering any accounts queries.

Change Of People Advisor

A few months ago we introduced our advisor from People Puzzles, Adele MacDonald, who has now decided to take up another permanent HR role – congratulations to her! Adele has done some great work for us this year, bringing a fresh focus to our People strategies and how we care for our team.

We are continuing our growth in this area including a strong focus on wellbeing and awareness of our company values, so as part of that, we were glad to meet with our new contact Ben Birchall. Welcome Ben, and we look forward to what we can continue to build together!

Research & Development - New Potential

This month our Sales & Development team took a trip to Europe to investigate a new and innovative product range.

Reece and Paul had a riveting time on their trip and have come back with numerous concepts and ideas on how to expand our range further - it's always great to exchange experience and expertise with new contacts especially when the coatings industry is developing all the time!

We look forward to sharing more on this and other developments in the future.
